She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Reffett Templin, Jr. and Anna Lewis Stephens Templin; her siblings, Elwood, Earl, Willard, Arnold, David, Russell, Shirley, Viola Clay Carpenter and Frances Mitchell; and her grandson Johnathan Dakota.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Lynn Curtis, Phillip Curtis Jr., Jeffrey Wayne Curtis and Tammy Lou Curtis; her sisters, Bonnie Lou Brewer (William Charles) and Mary June Smith; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Scott and Maddie. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and extended family.
