She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Palmer; her parents, John P. Caudill and Pearlie Quillen Caudill; and her sisters, Ruby Berry and Genevieve Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, William David Palmer (Sumalee), Linda McLemore (David) and Marsha Palmer; her grandchildren, Kimberly Bugg (Van), David M. Haggard II, Morgan Heath (Michael), Brian Poer (Dawn) and Blake Palmer; her great grandchildren, Taylor Lewis (Zach), Hannah Ritchie, Beth Poer, Hunter Heath, Hayden Heath, Logan Poer and Houston Heath; her great great grandchild Emily Payton Lewis; her brothers, Willis Caudill, Granville, Rufford, John P. and Charles Caudill; and her great grandchildren, Zach Lewis and Bradley Shook.
