He is survived by: his parent Lula Justice Tackett; his children, Johnny Alben Tackett of Winchester and Debra Lynn Sleightholm (James) of Winchester; his granddaughters, Sara Sleightholm and Amanda Sleightholm; and his sisters, Narma M. Whitaker of Evansville, Carma F. Payne of Cincinnati, Wanda Eldridge of Kentucky and Arlene Ward of Somerset.
