He is survived by: his parents, Belvin Lee Haggard and Joy K. Shelley; his daughters, Jessica Haggard of Sevierville, Samantha Haynes of Sevierville, Melonie and Megan Haggard of Irvine, Kentucky; his sister Casey Raney (Robert); and his aunt Linda Anes. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
