In loving memory of Sue Ellen Gillispie of Wilmore, Kentucky, who departed this world on January 29, 2025 at the age of 87. Sue Ellen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Solie Boyd and Elizabeth Pearl Martin; her husband Jack Howard Gillispie; and her sisters, Louise and Ellouise Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Gillispie (Jenny) of Beckley, WV and Gary Gillispie (Shelby) of Wilmore, KY.; her grandchildren, Katelyn Winneroski (Aaron), Jaclyn Mattingly (Jake), Kaitlynn Hall (Tanner), Garick Gillispie and Tanner Gentry; and her great grandchildren, Asher, Bristol Hall and Zane Mattingly.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5250 Robert C Byrd Dr, Mt Hope, WV 25880).
