He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Koteskey; his children, Keith Koteskey (LeAnne), Kent Koteskey (Amy) and Cheryl Kannisto (Mike); his grandchildren, Tyler (Hannah), Kristen, Geoffrey (Alex), Katie (Derek), Molly, Shelby Koteskey, Miranda and James Kannnisto; and his great grandchild Anthony. He is also survived by family, including children, siblings and grandchildren.
The family suggests donations be made to Wilmore Free Methodist Church for missions and outreach.
