He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary L. Cecil; his parents, Courtney Cecil and Alberta Cecil; his children, James Robert Cecil and Joy Cecil Doyle; his grandson Robert J. Doyle (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Aly, Bo, Noah and Isaac; and his siblings, James T. Cecil and Ruby Jackson.
