He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Breiner (Stinnett); his sons, Guy Scot Breiner (Billi), James Steven Breiner (April Lynn) and Elijah Breiner; and his brothers, Joseph Michael Breiner (Franzetta) and Ronald Clay Breiner (Regina). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
