He was predeceased by: his parents, Engveld Frantsvog and Ida Kvam Frantsvog; and his siblings, Elaine Hoime, Darold, Robert and Richard Frantsvog.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carol Lofty Frantsvog of Wilmore, KY; and his sons, Alan Frantsvog (Dottie) of Lake, Edward Frantsvog of Queen Creek, AZ, John Frantsvog of Versailles, KY and Eric Frantsvog (Maria) of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
