He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Creech of Wilmore, KY, Jerry Creech (Pat) of Memphis, TN and Ken Creech (Patty) of Lexington, KY; his nephew Jeff Henderson (Yvette) of Burlington, KY; and his nieces, Jennifer Henderson of Lexington, KY, Ashley Creech-Caruso (Bob) of Jacksonville, FL, Lynsey Trager (David) of Louisville, KY, Laura Creech of Lexington, KY and Susan Bramer (Mason) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews and many special cousins and friends.
