He was predeceased by: his parents, George Coleman and Carrie Ruth Gross Coleman; his wife Lena Isobel Campbell Coleman; his son Rodney Coleman; and his granddaughter Gwendolyn Elizabeth Bowling.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Burton (Kathy Marie Coleman) and Teresa Louise (Douglas MacArthur Bowling); his brothers, Paul Edward Coleman of Roanoke and Gary Kent Coleman of Oil Springs; and his grandsons, Joshua Douglas (Danielle Bowling) and Daniel Joseph Coleman.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Campbell Cemetery.
