It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Lay of Willisburg, Kentucky, born in Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Cashus and Isa Mae Lay (Adkinson); his siblings, Hollis, Paul, Hobert, Dudley, Alvie, Frank Lay, Amie Ross, Mayola Meadows, Wilma Mobley, Marylee Coker and Isabelle Coulter; and his grandson-in-law Steve Mudd.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Lay (Devine) of Willisburg, KY; his children, Tony Lay (Angie), Teresa Price (Scott) and Nina Newsome; his sister Virginia Isham of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Jessica Hamilton (Craig), Andrea Mudd, Laura Loman (Jon), Daniel Lay (Bailey), Shawn Bryant (Emily) and Heather Price. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
