She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Smith of Willisburg, Ginger Schott (Ted) of Louisville and Dana Milburn (Russell) of Willisburg; her grandchildren, Ashley Griffeth, Kelsey Boblitt, Sarah Helms, Anna Blaisdell, Rikki Hatchett and Tyler Boblitt; her brother Roy Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Smith and Ophie Nalley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
