She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Harmon (Charles) of Springfield and David Haydon (Marquita) of Louisville; and her nephews, Terry Lewis (Cindy) of Willisburg and Billy Lewis (Judy) of Louisville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandsons.
