He was predeceased by: his parents, Nita Howell and Ed Harris Howell Sr.; his siblings, Ed Howell Jr., Carlene Mattingly and Darlene Karwowski; and his stepdaughter Alicia Lamb.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Howell of Willisburg; his children, Nikki and Jeff; his grandchildren, Madison, Rheya and Taylen; and his siblings, Denny Howell of Bardstown and Renee Hatfield of Bardstown.
