She is survived by: her sons, Mike Lewis (Marilynn) of Willisburg and Phillip Lewis (Anne) of Swansboro, NC.; her siblings, JoAnn Shields of Chaplin, Charlotte Shields of Bardstown and Eugene "Buck" Shields (Wanda) of Bardstown; her son-in-law Todd Lewis of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Patrick Jewell, Blake Jewell, Jessica Mattingly and PJ Lewis.
