She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Madison Varnado; her sons, Stephen Michael Shepard (Maggie) of Falmouth and David Isaac Shepherd (Sandy) of Cynthiana; her stepchildren, Greg Martin, Ronald Martin of Florida, Tracy Crocker (Todd) of Cynthiana, Anita Floyd (Daniel) of Cynthiana, Devon Lanham of Indiana, Sheila Martin of Berry, Catherine Martin of Williamstown and Christina Wamsley of Mt. Zion; and her siblings, Jerry Lee Vanover of Williamstown, Susan Caldwell of Dry Ridge, Sandra Beach of Dry Ridge and Connie Williams.
