She is survived by: her parents, Brenda Sue Clark Armstrong (Eric) of Butler, KY and James Thomas Forbis of Mt Orab, OH.; her husband Tyrone Franklin Sweigart of Williamstown; her children, Adam Langley of Cookville, TN, Dylan Sweigart of Union, KY and Meghan Johnson (Chris) of Burlington, KY; her siblings, James Forbis, James Arthur Forbis, Michael Forbis, Bonnie Edwards and Bessie Forbis; and her grandchildren, Aubrey Johnson, Landon Johnson, Braxton Johnson and Maizlynn Johnson.
