She was predeceased by: her father Richard Dean Simpson; and her brother Rickey Layne Simpson. She is survived by: her mother Utha Tebelman Simpson; her close friend Rick Rose; her children, Lyndsie McCowan (John), Jordan Dezarn, Abigail Dezarn and Olivia Gray (Dylan); her grandchildren, Eli, Logan, Holden McCowan, Gabe Bailey, Kash Dezarn and Harper Gray; and her sisters, Sheila Scott, Carol Spaw (Hal), Tina Poole (Mike) and Sonya Snow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Terri's family asks that everyone seek regular cancer preventions screenings and make donations to Twisted Pink, a metastatic breast support organization at 8003 Vine Crest Ave Suite 11, Louisville, KY 40222.
