He is survived by: his parents, Steven Lynn Phillips Sr. and Erin Theresa Phillips (Quinn); his children, Adrianna Phillips, Payton Zoutis-Phillips, Steven Phillips III and Quinnten Phillips (Chelsea Dickerson); his siblings, Jessie Phillips and Ashley Phillips; and his grandmother Marlene Quinn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
