Woodyard (Teri) of Dry Ridge, KY, Travis Woodyard (Tisha) of Dry Ridge, KY, Lisa Woodyard of Rabbit Hash, KY, Lanette Whalen (Les) of Williamstown, KY and Samantha Mayhan (Phillip) of Williamstown, KY; his stepdaughter Deana Lewis (Sam) of Williamstown, KY; his sister Betty Sue Chesler of McHenry, IL; his son-in-law Ron Sechrest; and his nieces, Lolita Christenson (Kevin) and Carol Napier. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
