He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlie Clayton and Leola Tucker Wagoner of Beechmont; his wife Freida Woodson Wagoner of Drakesboro; and his sister Barbara Wagoner Kimmel. He is survived by: his sons, Roger Layne Wagoner (Liz) of Williamstown and David Gerard Wagoner (Katie) of Collegeville, PA; his grandchildren, Justin (Alona), Mariah, Carly (Cory), Meghan, Cailin and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Keyana, Keelan and Laynee.
To honor Mr. Wagoner's life-long service to education, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the W.I.S.E. (Williamstown Independent School Endowment) Trust Fund, 300 Helton Street, Williamstown, Ky 41097, where a scholarship fund will be established.
