He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Oliver and Eileen Mae Huber Porter; and his wife Helen Elizabeth Rule Porter. He is survived by: his children, Mark Howard Porter of Henderson, NV, Michael Porter of Baker City, OR and Suzanne Raleigh of Williamstown. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
