He is survived by : his former life partner Okla Marie Webster; his children, Melenia Hatfield, Candace Horn and Michael Horn; his grandchildren, Ariana Coffey and Raylan Marlow; and his sister Sharon Hubbard. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and many other close friends.
