He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Lou and Alice Mae Cummins Conley; his daughter Toni Jeanne Conley; and his siblings, Donnie Conley, Delbert Conley, Ruby Perry, Dorothy Kirk and Lynda Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rae Conley; his sons, Randy Dale Conley of Williamstown and Christian Lee Conley of Williamstown; his brother Charles Conley (Dorothy) of Taylor Mill; his grandchildren, Lillyrose Conley Cunningham (Michael), Gwendolin Conley and Kordell Conley; and his great grandchild Adrian Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
