Samples III (Teresa) of Falmouth, KY, Scott William Siebert of Cincinnati and John "Barry" Siebert of Cincinnati; his brothers, Timothy B. Samples of Corbin, KY and Fred Samples (Brenda) of Mesa, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Abagail R. Samples, Kasey Samples, Zoey Siebert and Tatum Siebert.
