He is survived by: his parents, Lawson B. Simpson and Shirley Roland Simpson; his wife Rachel Lee Rawlings Simpson; his children, Emily Simpson Kingsmore (Ryan) of Georgetown and Mason Charles Simpson of Williamstown; and his grandson Jackson Paul Kingsmore. He is also survived by 1 sibling, 4 nephews, 1 niece.
