She was predeceased by : her parents, Aubrey Mayfield and Inez Ross Mayfield (Ross); her siblings, Russell Wayne Mayfield, Jim Mayfield and Willoudeen Petersen; her niece Sheila Rakes; and her nephew Russell Mayfield.
She is survived by : her husband Tom Beach; her son David; her daughter-in-law Kristen; her granddaughter Eliza; her brother-in-law Jerry Beach (Wanda); and her nieces and nephews, Nancy Beach, Steve Beach (Linda), Ross Mayfield (Stephanie), Dan Mayfield (Carol), David Petersen, Paula Harrell (Glen) and Candi Cabiness.
