It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Jean Sanford (Williamstown, Kentucky), born in Grant, Colorado, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent William Jefferson; her husband Hillard Sanford; and her siblings, Virgil Chandler, June Peletier and May Blevins.
She is survived by: her parent Opha Eversole Chandler; her daughters, Alanna Morris of Houston, TX and Jennifer Smith of Williamstown, KY; her brothers, Lee Chandler of Dry Ridge and Robert Chandler of Byron, GA; her grandchildren, Kaylee Brook Green, Shaylynn Desiree Henley, Asia Jaylynn Freels, Kyla Edmondson, Natasha Edmondson, Christopher Hamon and Vincent Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Mae Green, Vincent S. Stephens, Jr., Natalia Stephens and John Paul Stephens.
