He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua Glen Shuler. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lee Shuler (Sherry) and Kindra Rector Charles (Erika Cooper); his sister Lora Shuler; his stepsister Devanie Becker; his stepgrandfather Johnnie Taylor; and his grandfather Raymond Rector.
