He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Glenn Petty and Elaine J. Bowling. He is survived by: his children, Austin Michael Patrick Petty (Brittany) of Georgetown, KY, Kirsten Racic (Matthew) of Amelia, OH and Rita Johnson of Walton, KY; his siblings, Connie Adkins-Ihle (Gregg) of West Chester, OH and Eldon Glenn Petty, Jr. of Independence, KY; his stepmother Margie Petty; his stepsiblings, Bobby Bowling (Jill), Doug Leugers (Paula), Patti Ashcraft, Kathy Robison (George) and Julie Ludwig (Joe); and his grandchildren, Christian Petty, Josephine Racic, Augustus Racic and Weston Petty. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
