He was predeceased by: his parents, Beuna Marksberry and Bessie Sorrell Marksberry; his granddaughters, Heather Robinson and Lisa Robinson Cason; and his siblings, Ray, Harold, Bill, James "Jim" Marksberry and Vivian Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Faye Thomas Marksberry; his daughters, Pamela Marksberry Bowling of Corinth and Bonnie Kelly (Ken) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Rusty Smith (Jessica), Nicole Smith and Candi Gaines (Clyde); his great grandchildren, Jonathon Morris (Maddie), Briana Cason, Alexa Harris, Aiden Shelby, Shannon Justice and Sawyer Smith; and his siblings, Beuna "Pete" Marksberry (Shirley) of Mason, Donald "Toad" Marksberry (Vanessa) of Grayson, Dorothy "Dottie" Faulkner of Falmouth, Shirley Harp of Butler and Vickie King (Rick) of Bracken County.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
