He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Thelma Louise McNay Franks; his wife Mary Jane Franks; his sister Brenda Sue Franks Cummings; and his brother-in-law Tom Cummings.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Craig Franks (Dana) and Brian Franks (Laura); his grandchildren, Lindie Huffman (Robert Spillman), Julianne Franks, Sarah Franks Walters (Isaac) and Joseph Franks; and his great grandchildren, Warren, Olan and Linkin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stanley Funeral Home - Williamstown (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
