He is survived by: his children, Joyce Haubner (Larry) of Dry Ridge, Lisa Cummins (Tom) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Ken Cummins Jr. (Cynthia) of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; his sisters, Pat McNay (David) of Florence, Janette Colson of Georgia, Garnett Hutchinson (Wilbur) of Dry Ridge and Sue Hopperton (Jerry) of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Zoe Lee (Christian), Nicholas Cummins (Cheryl), Ryan Cummins, Ashley O'Nan (Jason), Kendra Rigney (Danny), Arthur Wayne Haubner (Art), Connie Gray (Dennis), Douglas Haubner (Kimberly) and Jeffrey Haubner (Rachel). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren.
