She was predeceased by: her parents, John Everett and Martha Edwina Haywood Gable; and her brothers, John Gable, Jimmy Holes and Jerry Gable.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Buster" Keith Phillips; her children, Judith Liane Brown of Russellville, KY, Scott Futrell of San Diego, CA, John Futrell of Switzerland, Andrew "Butch" Edward Perry III of Texas and Richard Perry Phillips of Russellville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Dana Futrell and Nicole Futrell.
