She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil B. Souder and Mildred Eileen Flynn Souder; and her siblings, Billy Yelton, Jimmy Souder, Cecilia Kells and Sharon Wainscott.
She is survived by : her husband Donald Fogle; her children, Gail Fogle of Dry Ridge, KY, Marie Reynolds (Bryan) of Dry Ridge, KY and Carl Edward Fogle (Valerie) of Independence, KY; and her siblings, Janice Hale of Gallatin, TN, Edie Parsons of Williamstown, KY and Terry Souder. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
