He is survived by: his parent Beverly Ann Partin Bays of Crittenden, KY; his significant other Jynece Marie Mills of Dry Ridge; his son Wesley Seth Eagle of Dry Ridge; his siblings, Dylan Bays of Crittenden, Caleb Bays (Mari) of Crittenden and Heather Bays Migliorisi (Tony) of Walton; and his nieces, Kayla and Addyson.
