He is survived by: his children, Jerry Howard, Jr. of Newport, KY, Carl Lee Howard of Crittenden, KY, Connie Seibert of Ludlow, KY and Carol King of Crittenden, KY; and his siblings, Jack Howard, Jewel Degrado and Sharon Powell of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
