He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Gaines and Iona Dixon Gaines. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hope Blackburn Gaines; his children, Kate Gaines of Atlanta, GA and Adam Gaines (Ladia) of Green Bay, WI; and his grandchildren, Tereza and Sasha Gaines.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097).
