He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Bert Denny and Emma Katherine Fortner Anderson; and his son Richard Allen Denny. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fern Merrill Denny; his son Glenn Denny of Dry Ridge; and his brothers, Russell Bert Denny of Union and David Anthony Denny of Owenton.
