He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan McMahan and Cora Jump McMahan; his brother Walter McMahan; and his granddaughter Anna Pickett. He is survived by: his children, Charles McMahan of Florence, KY, C. J. Pickett (Katie) of Williamstown, KY, Jonathon Pickett of Dry Ridge, KY, Adam McMahan of Glencoe, KY, Kim Gosney (Dennis) of Florence, KY, Ashley Underwood (Michael) of New Haven, KY and Brittany McMahan of Dry Ridge, KY; and his siblings, Danny McMahan (Dolly) of Independence, KY, Bobby McMahan (Betty) of Owenton, KY, Betty Petry (Doug) of Glencoe, KY, Martha Elmore of Glencoe, KY and Carol West (Keith) of Sparta, KY. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
