He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Barker and Joanna Clemons Neal; his granddaughter Jessica; and his brother London Barker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tufano Barker; his children, Jimmy Barker of Crittenden, William Ray Barker (Michelle) of Verona, Timothy Wayne Barker (Karen) of Dry Ridge, Anna Marie Harp of Dry Ridge and Melissa Miller of Williamstown; and his grandchildren, Scotty, Paul, Sarah, Harlan, Brandon, Brian, Mariah, Justin, Colton, Ashley, Hannah and Jared. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
