He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Lucy Mildred Ferguson Pennington; and his sister Joyce Ware. He is survived by: his wife Sue Carol Johnson Pennington of Dry Ridge; his children, Daniel Pennington (Tami) of Williamstown, KY, Gina Lowe (Joseph) of Dry Ridge, KY and Lori Howard (Steve) of Dry Ridge, KY; and his siblings, Donald Pennington (Terri) of Somerset, KY, Ricky Pennington (Cherie) of Glencoe, KY, Darlene Lindsay (Dean) of Union, KY, Debbie Colson (Dean) of Dry Ridge, KY and Jo Sharon Cain (Doyle) of Crittenden, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
