He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hamilton and Helen Hamilton (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamilton; his children, Dale Hamilton Jr., Chris Hamilton, Laura Campbell and Tiffany Bamberger (Josh); his stepson Dustin Stewart (Holly); and his brother Bob Lee Hamilton (Vickey). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
