He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Lorena Whaley Gordon; his wife Barbara Ann Smith; and his siblings, Marvin Gordon and Beulah Ackman.
He is survived by: his children, Garry Gordon (Ronda) of Nashville, TN, Deborah Sue Gordon of Union, Diane Helmers (Tom) of New Richmond, OH and Donna Hauser of Florence; his brother Calvin Gordon (Aileen) of Covington; and his close friend Patricia Mossman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
