She was predeceased by: her parent James Polk. She is survived by: her parent Lacy Blanche Alexander Elliston; her daughter Tammy Woolley (Vincent); her grandsons, Lenton Woolley III (Taylor), Vin, Wyatt and Leland; her half-sister Judy Jackson (Dale); and her sister-in-law Marlene Elliston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
