Charlies is survived by: children, James Skinner of Williamstown, Michael Skinner of Dry Ridge and Debbie Skinner of Williamstown; and brother George F. Skinner of San Antonio. Charlies is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
