It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Whaley of Williamstown, Kentucky, born in Dry Ridge, Kentucky, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Lena Mae Humphrey Perkins; and her siblings, Anna Mae Adams, James and Bill Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Ricky Joe Whaley of Williamstown; her sons, Jason Whaley of Union and Jeremy Whaley of Williamstown; her grandchildren, Lauryn Elizabeth Whaley, Blake Austin Whaley and Layne Braxton Whaley; and her brother Robert Perkins of Williamstown.
