He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Blaine West and Ruth Adams West of Williamstown, Kentucky.; his former wife Dolly Bowling West; and his brother Eddie West of Williamstown. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn West; his siblings, Gayle West (Darlene) of Williamstown and Rita Bishop (Mark) of Williamstown; his sister-in-law Diane West of Williamstown; his sons, Stephen (Cindy) of Millersburg and Michael (Katie) of Louisville; his stepchildren, Stephen Pyles (Tawanya) of Bedford and Sherri Wallace (Paul) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Mahayla, Caleb (Sarah), Eli, Heidi, Emily, Cole, Loren and Breanna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
