He is survived by: his wife Faye; his daughters, Charlotte Faye Prewitt of New Columbus, KY and Cynthia Mae Wallace (Joey) of Ryland Heights, KY; his grandchildren, Kevin Webster, Craig Webster, Shawn Bates, William Ammerman, Brittany Ammerman Carden and Joseph Wallace; his great grandchildren, Austin B., Tyson B., Anthony Scott, Audrey W., Sadie, Shawn, Jr., Gage Ray, Makayla Ammerman, Alauna Ammerman, Seth Carden, Kevin A., Brooklynn Carden, Carson Smith, Max Webster, Alex Estes and Lila Webster; and his great great grandchildren, Waylon Ray, Genesis Ammerman, Kolson and Easton B..
